Features

Driving method

Manual operation: Detailed settings are possible by dual adjustment of stroke number setting from 0 to 180 spm and stroke length adjustment from 0 to 100%.
Remote operation: The pump can be turned on and off by inputting contacts from the outside.
Pulse interlocking operation: The pump strokes in synchronization with the input pulse.

Waterproof and dustproof structure

It conforms to IEC standard IP65 and can be used even in a wet environment. A cover for outdoor installation is also available as an option.

Air bleeding valve

Manual air bleeding valve: Turn the knob to expel the air in the pump head.
Automatic air bleeding valve: Automatically discharges air in the pump head.
* Some models cannot be equipped with an air bleeding valve due to the wetted part structure. Please contact us for details.

High viscosity compatible (PVT4 type)

Supports high-viscosity chemicals up to 3,000 mPa / S.
* High viscosity compatible type has a limited discharge capacity. Please contact us for more information.

Option

<Relay output>
Alarm relay: Outputs a non-voltage contact signal when an abnormality such as a defective pump body or a low liquid level in a chemical tank occurs.
Pacing relay: A non-voltage contact signal is output for each stroke, and this signal can be used for synchronous operation of another pump of the same type and monitoring of the operating status.

<Two-stage level switch>
A level meter installed in a chemical tank. When the liquid level drops to the alarm position, a contact signal is output to the pump and the pump is stopped.
When an alarm relay is attached to the pump, non-voltage contact output linked to the liquid low warning / alarm is possible.
