A new-generation diaphragm pump

The Beta X is a quiet diaphragm pump driven by a stepping motor.
It allows for highly precise flow rate adjustments and offers intuitive operation.
It can be easily adjusted with the click wheel, and the backflow prevention mechanism transfers liquid in a consistent direction.
It is a simple structure that allows even first-time users to set up and operate it smoothly.

Flow rate (L/h) can be intuitively set using the click wheel and LCD display.
Just enter the required discharge amount—no need to adjust.

Excellent installability and visibility

With a click-in system, it can be quickly installed either on the floor or mounted on the wall.
The status LED allows operation, warnings, and errors to be checked from a distance.

Improving accuracy and reliability

Adjustment range 1: 600–5040, dosing accuracy ±1% (under our conditions).
The liquid-end parts are made of PVDF or SUS.

Response to digitization and remote monitoring

Programming and data reading are possible via a smartphone through Bluetooth®/NFC integration.

External signal operation

Pulse signal operation: Operates according to a voltage-free pulse signal from an external source.
Remote ON/OFF operation: Operates/stops according to a voltage-free contact signal from an external source.
Analog signal operation: Operates in conjunction with an external 4–20 mA (0–20 mA) signal.

Two-stage level switch input

Monitors the liquid level of the chemical tank, and issues a warning and stops operation when the liquid level decreases.

Alarm and pacing relays

Alarm relay: Outputs alarms for things like pump failures or low liquid levels.
Pacing relay: Outputs a volt-free contact signal with each pump stroke.
