The CMK series is additionally equipped with a control motor for the manual flow rate adjustment mechanism for automatic stroke length adjustment. It is used in combination with proportional control system equipment for feed forward control to turbidity, flow rate and feedback control to residual chlorine, pH, etc.
Traditionally, in the control of the injection of various liquids, manual setting injection using various types of metering pumps, such as diaphragm-type and plunger-type pumps, has been employed.
In recent years, due to the need for highly accurate injection control, the demand for chemical injection using proportional control has increased. Proportional control, such as feedforward control for turbidity and flow rate and feedback control for residual chlorine and pH, is becoming more widespread.
At our company as well, we have developed and advanced the CMK-type proportional control dosing pumps using the stroke adjustment method. (Collectively the diaphragm metering pump by our spring-back method is called the CM type. Install the control motor to the manual flow rate adjustment mechanism of CM pump and possible to control auto stroke adjustment called CMK type.)
