Electromagnetically driven plunger type metering pump for minute flow rate

An electromagnetically driven plunger-type metering pump that supports ultra-fine tubes with a minimum inner diameter of 1.15 mm and discharges a very small amount of 24 μl (0.0024 ml) per stroke.
The wetted part is selected from PTFE / SUS316Ti, and the plunger is made of ceramic, which has excellent chemical resistance.

Equipped with stroke speed control "optoDrive®"

Equipped with “intermittent injection” mode that suppresses pulsation in addition to normal discharge operation by original solenoid control
In addition, it is equipped with an “HV” mode that supports high-viscosity chemicals even when sucking.

Supports pulse / analog signal input

Manual operation: Detailed settings are possible by dual adjustment of stroke number setting from 0 to 100 spm and stroke length adjustment from 0 to 100%.
Pulse signal operation: The pump strokes in synchronization with the externally input pulse
Analog signal operation: Proportional control of the number of strokes according to 0 / 4-20mA DC from the outside
