Filter Gravel
Filter Gravel is used as a support medium for granular filter materials such as filter sand and anthracite, which are the actual filtration media.
Filter Gravel not only prevents the outflow of filter material to the lower collection device during water flow, but also plays a crucial role in ensuring backwash water is evenly distributed throughout the entire filter bed.
Layering 3 to 6 types of filter gravel in descending order of particle size prevents uneven flow distribution during filtration.

according to the upper filter media _and the lower water collection method.
